What Is Micro Roasted Coffee?
Much like a Microbrewery, we at Acadia Coffee create our magic in small batches by hand; many of our coffees are roasted 10lbs at a time. Compare this to other commercial roasters who roast hundreds of pounds at a time! This allows us to tailor the roast down to the second, developing the most flavors. For us it has always been more about the quality of our product rather than the quantity of product we create.
